I hope you can help out with a Sponsored Walk that my Son is Doing with 4 of my Army Mates.They are going to raise money for HELP for HERO'S.If you haven't heard of this before it is an organisation which help rehabilitate wounded Servicemen and Woman recover from there Injuries at a place called Hedley Court.

The Walk will take place on 1st May 2009.The aim is to walk the length of Hadrians Wall in just 3 Days, a distance of 84 miles.If you think you could help with a donation please go the the following web address
